Frequently Asked Questions
Production Timeframes:
Prints are lovingly made to order through a trusted local printmaker. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your prints to be crafted, packaged, and shipped. Thank you so much for your patience! I’m just as excited to ship your piece to you as you are to receive it. Your support means the world to my small business, and my family. I hope in the future to bring the printing process in-house and speed up production.
Shipping:
Domestic shipping: I have two available shipping speeds, standard and priority. Please keep in mind that your selected shipping speed won’t shorten the production timeframe, it will only change the speed of transit. Shipping costs cover the actual shipment and shipping materials.
International shipping: I do ship internationally, yay! Unfortunately international shipments don’t have a set cost. You will be charged $25 at checkout however if there are exorbitant costs associated with shipping your artwork, you will be sent an invoice to cover the additional cost. Please also keep in mind that I cannot control fees charged by customs, duties, handling fees, and I cannot control the reliability of international tracking (it is notoriously unreliable).
Cancellation/Returns:
As a small art-based business where inventory is made to order, I am unable to accept cancellations or returns. I do however want you to be so happy with your order! If your package arrives damaged or you have any questions or concerns please email me at allison@allisongrittonart.com (with photos if damage has occurred) and I’ll be happy to take care of you :)
Custom Orders:
If you’d like a custom size for any print (super-sized 40”x60”, etc) please feel free to submit a request via email or through my contact form and I’ll be happy to create a custom order for you. I can also accommodate requests for borderless prints and canvas prints.
